• To complete B-weeks, you need the booklet, the Finding Out 1 Home Book and either a tablet, smartphone or desktop.
• Parent's participation affects outcomes. Please supervise your child for at least the first 3 months of this 3 year course.
• The main purpose of B-week is to practice penmanship and phonics.

Booklet Activity 1

1. ブックレットとオンライン、すべての項目の説明を読んでください。
2. 難しいなと感じたら、別の問題をして、後で戻ってきてください。
3. 文字や絵を指して"what is this?"(これは何？)と聞いてください。
   「Lion」や「L（エル）」とは言わず「L (ル)」
   ​「L-L-Lion（/l/-/l/-/laɪən/）」と言ってください。
    
4. 文字と文字が含まれている絵に線を引きます。例を確認してください。

1. 絵以外に "l" や "v" などの単語を覚えているか聞いてみましょう。

2. Never pressure. If an activity causes stress, do another and come back later.
3. Point at the letters and the nouns, say "what is this?". Don't say "Lion" say "L-L-Lion"
4. Draw a line between the noun/image and the initial character of that noun/image. The first has been done for you.

Extra work (if you like!)

1. Ask for other "L" or "V" words kids may remember from Pre-Phonics A, B or C.
